For our client in the sports fashion industry, we are currently filling the following position on a freelance basis:

APPAREL DESIGNER (M/W/D) - PERFORMANCE/TRAINING

• Develop performance apparel concepts for Men’s Training (SS27 & FW27)
• Create moodboards, key looks, and design presentations
• Design and build up to 30 digital 3D garments in Clo3D
• Prepare tech packs incl. flat sketches, measurements & color details
• Select appropriate materials & fabrics based on functional requirements
• Conduct consumer research & trend analysis
• Support fittings and document adjustment proposals
• Ensure implementation of design-to-cost guidelines

• Several years of experience in performance apparel design (preferably sportswear/training)
• Strong skills in Clo3D, Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
• Proven experience in tech pack creation and fabric knowledge
• Independent, creative, and detail-oriented working style
• Excellent English skills, German (advantageous)

• Start date: 06.10.2025
• Workload: approx. 57 project days
• Remote/Onsite: 90% remote / 10% onsite (Herzogenaurach, Germany)
• Languages: English (fluent)
