PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION
This role is responsible for maximising the sales, profitability, and brand equity of the European Concept Stores & Franchise by providing the teams with the right business systems, process, and pricing support. Responsibilities include participation in strategic projects, managing the systems, processes, and seasonal pricing changes in line with the Europe strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with Manager and Senior Manager Business Systems & Process in shaping the Europe Merchandising strategy for Concept Stores & Franchise in line with Europe objectives.
- Implement the business systems into the merchandising teams seamlessly and train all merchandisers on the new tools
- Build the system process map for Europe merchandising and re-define the processes to drive work efficiency
- Be the key interface to manage all IT enhancements and liaise with the Business Solutions team in Global to drive the implementation
- Ensure successful implementation of key strategic projects that impact planning, ranging, forecasting and pricing across DTC (e.g. TRADE Project)
- Improve the Financial Plan (MFP) processes for upcoming seasons, including delivering a financial plan at store level and at category/class level, and handle all exceptions in the process
- Actively participate in all new system, processes and tools testing and roll outs
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate timelines, and support project execution with a structured and proactive approach
- Drive master data accuracy and maintenance across all systems.
- To be able to consolidate data from multiple sources, create dashboards, templates to simplify operational processes.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Strong operational skills – MS Excel, Power Bi, Power Query
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment and under pressure
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Good knowledge of Retail channels & Merchandising Processes.
- Fluent in English and other language(s) is an advantage
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree, ideally in business with marketing and sales focus, or equivalent professional experience / MBA a plus
- 2+ years of experience working in Merchandising & Supply Chain in Retail Industry vertical, preferably in sporting goods
- Expertise in Merchandise, Planning and Allocation systems, knowledge of SAP Retail/AFS, IT Strategy & Project Management
- Retail knowledge/retail background/understanding of retail operations required.
- Experienced in working with internal stakeholders and external agencies to establish efficient and scalable processes.
- Experienced in working cross-functional within international organization.
