Your Key Responsibilities

• Independent consulting and support of our clients in optimizing and digitizing global HR processes as a link between HR and IT departments as well as external partners. Support in the creation of technical concepts.
• Analysis, definition, and review of incoming requirements for HR systems considering the end-to-end approach.
• Professional support and further development of HR systems with a focus on SAP HCM payroll and time management in Germany, including the execution of the annual/monthly process in SuccessFactors Compensation and variable pay in a global context, taking into account existing interfaces.
• Management of testing and quality assurance with the quality assurance system Jira, with local and global orientation up to the final approval by IT for changes and new implementations in HR systems, including ensuring audit-compliant test documentation.
• Conducting regularly scheduled internal control processes.
• Support and assumption of responsibility for local and global projects.
• Independent creation or review of legally compliant technical application concepts and descriptions for system changes and new implementations in collaboration with IT or the requesting departments.

Your Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in business informatics or business administration or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in project management in the HR environment
• Extensive experience with HR systems, especially SAP HCM or SuccessFactors, as well as profound knowledge of MS Office products (especially Excel) and high IT affinity
• Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form
• High level of analytical and systematic thinking combined with strong communication skills
• Intercultural sensitivity and international team capability
