The basic requirement for an internship at Schaeffler is proof of enrollment at the time of the internship. This position can be filled from February 2026 for a period of up to 6 months.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion team in the further development, communication and management of our DE&I strategy in close cooperation with the responsible stakeholders
- Support us in the planning, implementation and coordination of a wide range of DE&I campaigns and projects – from conception to implementation
- Assist in the research, coordination, and deployment of the community’s resources, communications, and trainings that move organizations & individuals into action
- Help us monitor the progress of campaigns in terms of time, cost and quality and take action in case of deviations
- Create presentations, concepts and communication material to create awareness about DE&I within the organization, as well as support with research and benchmarking
Your Qualifications
- Current studies in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences or related field
- Fluency in English language, written and spoken
- Knowledge German language desirable
- Initial experience in the HR environment or DE&I projects is an advantage, ideally in an international company
- Passion for DE&I topics, ideally demonstrated through academic or volunteer experience
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and multinational team
- Talent for engaging and visual preparation of facts as well as the ability to familiarize oneself independently and quickly with new subject areas
- High motivation and initiative, enthusiasm for DE&I and project work
- Strong communication skills and a result-oriented way of working
