This position can be filled immediately for a period of 6 months.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Supporting in the implementation of global digitalization projects within the purchasing organization, focusing on Production Material Purchasing
- Assisting in the implementation of new solutions based on artificial intelligence
- Participation in the system-side implementation of purchasing-related requirements in coordination with the global Purchasing organization
- Supporting the rollout of new solutions in the global purchasing organization
- Aid in the development of existing tools for production material in cooperation with the respective experts
- Assistance in the creation of reports and presentations for management as well as conduct analyses
- Preparing workshops and development of digital training concepts and training material
Your Qualifications
- You are studying in a field such as Business Administration, Business Informatics or Industrial Engineering
- You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- You have p ractical experience in industrial companies, ideally in purchasing or IT
- You have experience in dealing with AI is an advantage
- You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
- You have Basic knowledge in the use of SAP products
- You have analytical thinking, communication skills and an independent working style
