Your Talent
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business informatics or similar
- Min. 2 years of experience in e-Commerce Marketplace Management or MDM/Product Experience roles
- Previous experience working with Zalando Marketplace, Tradebyte and/or ProductsUp is a strong plus
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in cross-functional projects
- Solution-oriented and process- as well as data-driven
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently
- Fluent in English
- Starting date: 1st November.
Your Mission
- Own the processes for data management and product onboarding to support business growth on the Zalando marketplace
- Set up and manage business rules and procedures to establish the fastest and most efficient possible onboarding for your product assortments
- Define processes to identify and fix errors during the onboarding process
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve product listings, product content and product performance on the marketplaces
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors (e.g. data integrators, marketplace representatives) to ensure platform-specific requirements are fulfilled and enhancements successfully implemented
- Support technical implementation projects across a variety of Ecom areas
- Ensure knowledge sharing and detailed technical and process documentation to build the Ecom knowledge base.
