We are filling the following position for our client, a fashion company:

PATTERN CUTTER (M/F/D)

• Analyze provided documentation, including machine operating instructions and safety regulations, and create accurate documentation of the manufacturing process to ensure independent work
• Execute draping on adidas standard mannequins to define design lines
• Convert draped designs into flat patterns
• Develop and finalize patterns that are production-ready and aligned with the customer innovation standards
• Collaborate with internal teams and act independently in delivering high-quality pattern solutions

• Proven experience in pattern cutting and garment development within performance or sports apparel
• Strong draping and flat pattern skills, ideally with innovation-driven design projects
• High attention to detail and ability to document processes clearly
• Independent working style with a consultancy mindset
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
