Your Talent
- University degree and at least 5-7 years work experience in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or comparable degree
- Strong experience in a multinational company – preferably in the logistics department with focus on warehousing
- Strong analytical, presentation, communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Solution-oriented and open-minded team player with a high degree of self-management
- Good knowledge of operational processes in the warehouse and strong business sense
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
Your Mission
- Develop, cooperate and execute the global logistics warehousing strategy for major countries
- Creation of valuable business partnerships with regions and countries
- Act as a business consultant for all warehouse related topics for regional and local stakeholders
- Build up a strong relationship to major stakeholders
- Support countries on all relevant warehousing business cases
- Drive efficiency, continuous improvement and standardization to support the business by identifying operational and commercial opportunities keeping in mind the Groups strategic, operational and financial objectives.
- Creation of lasting value in all logistics warehousing processes by defining and improving warehousing standards and processes, creation of data transparency and KPI management
- Communicate/exchange warehousing initiatives and other relevant information to markets/stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall PUMA goals
- Ensure qualitative high operations and warehouse implementations around the globe
- In case required – Steer and lead warehousing implementations directly as project lead
- Steer and execute operational and strategic projects to support the team’s strategy.
