Your Talent
Proven experience in UX/UI design leadership, ideally within the E-Commerce or Retail sectors
Strong design portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles, visual storytelling, and intuitive user experiences
Experience leading and mentoring design teams in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and influence stakeholders
Proficiency in UX research, prototyping, and testing methodologies to inform design decisions
Solid understanding of design systems, accessibility, and responsive design across digital platforms
Project management skills with the ability to prioritize, manage, and execute design initiatives from concept to delivery
Familiarity with global trends in digital consumer behavior and design innovation.

Your Mission
Lead and inspire a team of UX/UI designers to deliver exceptional digital experiences across all PUMA Direct-to-Consumer touchpoints (E-Commerce, App)
Collaborate closely with Product Management, Development, Strategy, and Brand teams to shape and execute the UX/UI vision aligned with PUMA’s business objectives
Ensure consistency and excellence in user experience through the development and maintenance of design systems and brand guidelines
Leverage data, user research, and insights to continuously optimize the digital journey, improving usability, accessibility, and conversion
Translate complex business and customer needs into simple, engaging, and effective digital solutions
Act as the key point of contact for UX/UI topics globally, aligning regional needs with global design strategies
Stay ahead of design and technology trends, continuously bringing innovation and fresh thinking to the team
Foster a collaborative and creative design culture within the team and across departments.
