Garment Technician (m/f/d) (100%)

Your Responsibilities:

• Being responsible for technical product development from briefing to bulk production
• Support 3^rd party manufacturers in all technical aspects from development to bulk production
• Build up and maintainexcellent customer relationship
• Handling of all technical product development related tasks and functions from design concept to sample approval between customer, internal operational teams and suppliers
• Ensure workmanship, fit and quality of samples as well as bulk production
• Develop key shapes with detailed workmanship information
• Develop new foam pads & new shapes together with the production partner and the pad supplier
• Prepare technical drawings, adjust or enrich sketches and co-ordinate with our design team in Hong Kong
• Managing internal and external fittings and collection meetings

Your ideal profile:

• Several years of working experience in the field of bodywear (intimate apparel, night--/loungewear, swimwear)
• University Degree in a Garment or Textile related area
• technical product skills and understanding of fabric/garment construction
• Knowledge of pattern making, workmanship and production techniques

• Interest and appreciation of designs, products and trends

• Advanced coordination and communication skills, accuracy and reliability
• IT proficiency: MS Office, Creative Cloud such as Illustrator, Lightroom, InDesign

• Fluent English is a must have, German – strong asset
