Job description
- You tack weld exhaust system parts and insert them precisely into prepared robot welding systems
- Place prepared exhaust system parts and materials securely in the robot fixtures and clamp them professionally
- Trigger the robot run independently, monitor the process and ensure that the system functions smoothly
- perform regular visual inspections of the welded components to ensure quality and integrity
- react immediately to any obvious damage and initiate appropriate measures
Requirements
- Ideally, you have completed training as a metalworker (m/f/d)
- You have already gained experience in the field of system operation
- If possible, you have additional practice in the operation of robot welding systems
- In addition, you are prepared to to work in a 2-shift system (06-14 h/14-22 h)
- German language skills will help you to understand and implement tasks with confidence
- A valid work permit is available
- Knowledge of TIG and MAG welding is an advantage and rounds off your profile
