For our Helios Fachkliniken Hildburghausen, we are looking for a full-time trainee as a healthcare and nursing assistant (m/f/d) from 01.09.2026.

• Intensive support during your one-year training and supervision by the responsible persons at our specialist hospital
• Theoretical training takes place at the State Vocational School for Health and Social Affairs in Meiningen
• Practical training takes place in the Helios specialist clinics in Hildburghausen
• During this time, you will also be assigned to a social care unit for three weeks and we will work with you to select a social care unit near your place of residence
• If you have a qualified secondary school leaving certificate, the one-year training as a nursing assistant will qualify you to subsequently complete training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d)

• Secondary school certificate or secondary general school certificate/qualified secondary general school certificate 
• Interest in nursing, social and medical Fachgebieten
• High contact and Sozialkompetenz

• High degree of empathy and Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• An attractive salary in line with the collective agreement, including a special annual payment and a company pension scheme

The Helios Fachkliniken Hildburghausen include the Clinic for Neurology, the Clinics for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, the Clinic for Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy, the Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Psychosomatics and Psychotherapy as well as the Clinic for Forensic Psychiatry and Psychotherapy (correctional facility in accordance with Section 64 of the German Criminal Code). In addition, the facility for the disabled in accordance with SGB XII has 50 places. Helios Fachkliniken Hildburghausen employs around 750 staff.
