For our Helios Fachkliniken Hildburghausen, we are looking for a full-time trainee as an office management assistant (m/f/d) for the start of the 2026/2027 school year (17.08.2026).

• During your training, you will learn about office management processes, office organization and office communication techniques
• By getting to know various work and organizational tools, you will learn how to organize your work effectively
• In the various administrative areas of our specialist hospital, you will acquire extensive knowledge of the basics of operational human resources and personnel administration, bookkeeping and cost accounting, commercial management and control, order and invoice processing, service provision and service utilization, patient administration and warehousing
• You will learn common MS Office applications and be familiarized with the hospital-specific IT systems (ASES, LOGA, SAP, hospital information system)

• Very good to good secondary school leaving certificate or Abitur
• Very good knowledge of German and mathematics as well as initial experience in using modern communication tools and Datenverarbeitungssoftware
• Social Kompetenz
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

The Helios Fachkliniken Hildburghausen include the Clinic for Neurology, the Clinics for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, the Clinic for Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy, the Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Psychosomatics and Psychotherapy as well as the Clinic for Forensic Psychiatry and Psychotherapy (correctional facility in accordance with Section 64 of the German Criminal Code). In addition, the facility for the disabled in accordance with SGB XII has 48 places. Helios Fachkliniken Hildburghausen employs around 750 staff.
