For our Helios Fachkliniken Hildburghausen, we are looking for a full-time or part-time care specialist (m/f/d) for our Werraaue residential park at the earliest possible date.

• Support and care for residents with mental illness and/or mental disabilities with the aim of strengthening their independence and performance and enabling them to lead as independent a life as possible
• Supporting residents and ensuring a structured daily routine in accordance with integrated participation planning
• Secure communication between employees from all areas, attending physicians and relatives in carrying out their tasks
• Participation in vacation trips with the residents and willingness to take part in educational activities
• You implement economic thinking and action in line with medical and operational requirements

• Completed training as a curative education nurse, healthcare and nursing professional, nursing specialist, geriatric nurse, educator or occupational therapist:in
• Knowledge of and experience with integrated participation planning (ITP) wünschenswert
• Dynamic and innovative personality with high professional and social competence and ability to work independently reflexion
• Team and Kooperationsfähigkeit
• Ability to work independently and autonomously with the necessary Einfühlungsvermögensowie Willingness to undergo further training

• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

The Helios Fachkliniken Hildburghausen, with around 700 employees, includes the Clinic for Neurology, the Clinics for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, the Clinic for Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy, the Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Psychosomatics and Psychotherapy, the Clinic for Forensic Psychiatry and Psychotherapy and a facility for the disabled with 50 places.

The Werraaue residential park consists of four residential buildings. It is a special form of housing in accordance with the Thuringian Housing and Participation Act. There are service and remuneration agreements in accordance with Section 125 SGB IX for the care and support of predominantly mentally ill and mentally disabled people.
