Aufgaben:
- As a Production Planning Manager (m/f/*) in Hilden, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
- Here, you will make an impact by:
- Lead our planning processes, including S&Ops, capacity management, and daily production schedules to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Identify key obstacles affecting our service and inventory targets and coordinate the necessary resources to resolve them.
- Ensure your team has the necessary tools and clear priorities to achieve our objectives.
- Work closely with the plant leadership team to optimize planning for service excellence and cost-effective working capital utilization.
- Ensure all stakeholders are informed about existing challenges and their resolution paths to secure collective success.
Qualifikationen:
- To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or Engineering.
- Proven experience in planning or another technical role with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong planning background, ownership and leadership skills.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence.
- Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma, as well as continuous improvement.
- Coachable, open mindset, and a continuous improvement approach.

- Travel expectations: May include up to 10 % in EMEA
