For our team at the Clinic for Pneumology at Helios Klinikum Hildesheim, we are looking for you as Senior Consultant in Pneumology (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

The chief medical representation in the absence of the Chief Physician for Pneumology, the further development of the Clinic for Pneumology as well as the option to take over the position of Chief Physician (m/f/d) as part of a regulated pension succession

Ensuring high medical standards and quality of patient care in the department and the further development of clinical processes and structures

Carrying out specialized treatments and therapies in the department

Interdisciplinary collaboration with various specialist departments

Supervising and organizing the further training of our assistant physicians

You are a specialist (m/f/d) in internal medicine

You have the additional qualification in sleep medicine or are willing to acquire it

Several years of professional experience as a senior physician in the pneumology department

A team-oriented way of working and the ability to motivate your staff

High professional and social competence as well as leadership skills

Economic thinking and acting, a cross-departmental and future-oriented organizational understanding as well as close, interdisciplinary cooperation with the other specialist departments are a prerequisite

A position with a high degree of creative freedom in which your enthusiasm for the training and further education of junior doctors and specialists comes to the fore
