For our nursing team at Helios Klinikum Hildesheim, we are looking for you as a Medical Assistant / MFA (m/f/d) with a focus on inpatient admission processes as soon as possible

• Patient recording including corresponding data maintenance in the IT systems
• You will be the first point of contact on site for organizational questions of our patients
• Administrative tasks, e.g. preparation of treatment contracts
• Support of the nursing team in patient-related activities on the ward
• Attractive working hours from Monday to Friday exclusively on day duty

• Completed training as a medical assistant / MFA (m/f/d)
• Friendly, confident and service-oriented appearance
• Ideally, initial experience in practice management, practice coordination or comparable
• Strong communication skills and empathy
• Good IT skills (ideally in Orbis)
• Organizational talent, structured work and flexibility
• Team spirit and reliability are what distinguish you
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
