Quality Control Inspector (m d) who shares our passion for perfection

Please note: Extensive experience in the demanding environment of Formula 1 is a mandatory requirement for this role.

• Performing quality control inspections on a wide range of Formula 1 components and assemblies.

• Running CMM programs and programming more complex parts with very high accuracy using PC-DMIS software.

• Conducting surface roughness inspections.

• Performing material analysis using an XRF device to identify and verify correct material composition.

• Conducting hardness testing on various components.

• Documenting inspection results and creating detailed quality reports.

• Collaborating closely with our manufacturing, development, and assembly departments to identify and resolve quality issues proactively.

• Supporting root cause analysis of quality problems and developing solutions for continuous quality improvement.

Qualifikationen

Your Profile:

• A technical degree or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., as a machinist, metrologist, or similar).

• Significant, proven professional experience in quality control, with a mandatory background in Formula 1 or an equivalent high-precision motorsports environment.

• Expertise in operating and programming CMMs, with strong proficiency in PC-DMIS software.

• Proficiency in using a variety of measuring instruments and testing equipment.

• In-depth knowledge of technical drawings.

• A high degree of accuracy, responsibility, and a strong sense of teamwork.

• Fluent in English to communicate effectively within our international team.
