We are seeking a Customer Lifecycle Manager (m/f/nb) to join us as soon as possible to drive our customer retention and engagement strategies for our business customers. Your mission is to maximize customer lifetime value through intelligent, data-driven initiatives, in addition to customer retention.

Your contribution to success

  • Data-driven decision-making: You use advanced analytics to gain a deep understanding of our B2B customers' behavior. You proactively identify opportunities and measure the effectiveness of all customer engagement strategies through rigorous A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Customer segmentation: Based on our existing customer segments, you develop and optimize highly personalized customer experiences across the entire lifecycle to improve the overall customer journey.
  • Innovation through AI: You actively research and implement AI-driven solutions to personalize the B2B customer experience, increase campaign performance, and future-proof our entire engagement strategy.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: You work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure a seamless and consistent B2B customer experience across all touchpoints.

Your success factors

  • Completed studies (e.g., business administration, marketing, business informatics, data science) or a comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience in CRM, customer engagement, marketing automation, or a similar data-driven role in marketing, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and proven experience working with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience in creating marketing concepts , implementing and evaluating A/B tests.
  • High affinity for digital trends and technologies, as well as a strong interest in the application of AI.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented, and conscientious approach to work.
  • Customer-oriented work style , instinctively putting B2B customers first, understanding their needs, and creating experiences that inspire them.
  • Very good written and spoken German (C1 level) and English (B2 level) skills .
