Your tasks at AKG
- Ensuring the qualitative and quantitative output of the assigned team, as well as responsibility for order and cleanliness in the production area
- Short- and medium-term personnel deployment planning and leadership of the team, including onboarding, motivation, and performance evaluation in coordination with the cost center manager
- Support in personnel and shift planning, production start-ups, and continuous improvement (CIP) initiatives
- Identifying production bottlenecks and initiating appropriate measures to ensure a smooth production flow
- Monitoring the condition of production equipment and contributing to occupational safety and accident prevention measures
What we require from you
- Several years of experience in assembly or a comparable field
- Initial leadership experience desirable
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills, as well as problem-solving ability
- Good PC skills, especially in Excel and SAP
- Willingness to work in a three-shift system
