Job Description: We’re looking for an intern to join our operations team. You’ll work directly on catalog management and analytics, turning music and financial data into actionable insights that improve performance, processes, and decision-making. This internship runs for 6 months, preferably based in the Netherlands (or remote within Europe), with the opportunity for a full-time role upon successful completion.

This internship will last up to twelve months, after which we aim to extend a full-time offer based on performance. This role is open to all academic disciplines, but candidates should be able to exhibit hands-on analytical problem-solving experience.

Responsibilities:

• Catalog Management: Maintain accurate metadata, support catalog migrations, and ensure releases are delivered correctly across systems.
• Performance Analysis: Track catalog delivery and performance across DSPs, producing reports that highlight risks, opportunities, and trends.
• Optimization: Use data to identify ways to optimize catalog visibility and monetization on streaming platforms.
• Data & Insights: Analyze music and financial data to provide actionable insights that guide operational and commercial decision-making.
