• Support in the analysis and optimization of business processes in close collaboration with the relevant departments
• Assistance in the development and continuous improvement of a multi-year IT roadmap
• Translation of business requirements into technical concepts and IT solutions
• Identification of use cases for artificial intelligence to drive automation and increase efficiency
• Contribution to the design, implementation, and further development of applications and tools (CRM, ERP, PLM)
• Preparation of requirement documents, use cases, and technical specifications
• Coordination between business units, IT development, and external partners
• Close collaboration with all areas of the company, acting as a bridge between business and IT

• Completed technical education (HTL) with a focus on computer science or a relevant degree in IT (e.g. Computer Science, Business Informatics)3–5 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of IT system architectures, databases, and interface technologies
• Initial experience or strong interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data analytics
• Strong understanding of business processes and their technical implementation
• Excellent communication skills, strong team orientation, and a self-directed working style
• Passion for project management as well as coordinating interfaces and various stakeholders
• Solid command of English
