We're hiring on behalf of our client PEAK Technology – a high-tech powerhouse where engineering meets adrenaline. Whether it's rockets, racecars, or next-gen aircraft, PEAK doesn’t just think outside the box – they redesign it from carbon fiber.
Now they’re looking for a Project Manager who can keep cool when things get complex (and possibly airborne). If Gantt charts excite you almost as much as rockets do – keep reading.
What you'll be doing (besides impressing everyone):
- Own aerospace development projects from takeoff to landing (and beyond).
- Lead project teams like a mission commander – calm, confident, caffeinated.
- Keep timelines, budgets, and deliverables flying in formation.
- Translate complex customer needs into clear project goals.
- Handle change requests without breaking a sweat (or the schedule).
- Be the friendly face and sharp mind clients rely on.
- Make sure all departments speak the same language (preferably English).
What you bring to the launchpad:
- A degree in engineering or business (rocket science not mandatory, but cool).
- Solid experience in project management – aerospace is a big plus.
- A structured, independent working style - you take the lead!
- Excellent English skills; bonus points if you can order a coffee in German.
- A talent for communication, coordination, and not panicking when plans change.
