Your responsibilities:
- Leading complex development projects with high technical requirements – from concept to implementation; actively contributing to the design work yourself
- Providing technical support to the team leader in achieving strategic objectives and driving technical development
- Guiding, mentoring, and training junior design engineers
- Ensuring technical quality, innovation, and feasibility throughout all phases of the project
- Managing technical communication with clients, including the presentation and alignment of proposed solutions
Your profile:
- Completed technical education (HTL or university degree) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Plant Engineering
- Several years of professional experience in the design of technical systems, ideally in special-purpose machinery, intralogistics, or a comparable field
- Strong technical and mechanical understanding, with proven experience in managing complex development projects
- Proficient in the use of modern CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks)
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- High level of self-responsibility and strong quality awareness
