Your Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Technologist to join our Separation Technologies team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory experiments, analyzing results, and supporting the development and scale-up of production processes for the concentration of flavorings from natural raw materials.

• Set up and maintain laboratory equipment for separation processes.
• Perform laboratory tests including distillation, extraction, adsorption, and chromatography.
• Conduct analytical evaluations using GC, GC/MS, HPLC, photometry, and other relevant techniques.
• Prepare samples and independently evaluate and interpret test results.
• Document findings in laboratory journals and SAP systems.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the development and optimization of production processes from lab to pilot and production scale.
• Register product and development numbers; conduct product reviews.
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

About You

• Completed training as aChemical Laboratory AssistantorChemical Technician.
• Proven work experience in separation technologies and analytical chemistry.
• Strong technical understanding and process engineering knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with scale-up processes from lab to production.
• Proficiency in analytical techniques (GC, GC/MS, HPLC, etc.).
• Familiarity with MS Office and SAP systems.
• Fluent in German (written and spoken) – mandatory.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
