About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Manage and support Microsoft Teams Voice, including configuration and deployment

• Work within Microsoft 365 and Azure environments to optimize voice and collaboration tools

• Integrate MS Teams Voice with PSTN providers

• Configure and maintain Session Border Controllers (SBCs)

• Manage identity and access using Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)

• Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for end-users

• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal security standards

• Collaborate with other IT teams to continuously improve communication services

• (Optional) Work with Unify systems — experience here is a plus

About you

You bring:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Voice

• Strong expertise in M365, MS Entra ID (Azure AD), and Azure environments

• Solid understanding of networking, VoIP, Session Border Controllers (SBCs), and telecom fundamentals

• A proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving

• The ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams

• Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal

• Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect) — a plus, not a must

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
