Ingenieur Qualitätssicherung (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Analyse und Interpretation qualitätsrelevanter Daten (z.?B. Prozessfähigkeitsuntersuchungen, Prüf- und Prozessdaten, Fehlerraten, Kennzahlen) zur Ableitung fundierter Entscheidungen und Optimierungspotenziale
- Durchführung von Qualitätsanalysen sowie Identifikation und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen (KVP)
- Erstellung und Pflege qualitätsrelevanter Dokumentationen, Prüfpläne und Arbeitsanweisungen
- Bearbeitung von internen und externen Reklamationen, inklusive Ursachenanalyse und Maßnahmenverfolgung (z.?B. 8D-Report)
- Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von internen und externen Audits (z.?B. nach ISO 9001)

Ansprechpartner für qualitätsrelevante Themen innerhalb von Projektteams
und gegenüber Kunden/Lieferanten
Ihr Profil :
- Abgeschlossenes technisches oder materialwissenschaftliches Studium
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Qualitätssicherung im
- Massenproduktionsumfeld
- Starke analytische Kenntnisse im Bereich Datenauswertung, Kumulierung von Date
- Selbstständiges, proaktives Arbeiten und gute Kommunikation als Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden und diversen Abteilungen
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Datensystemen (CRM, CAQ, SAP, etc.)
