Your Role
As Perfumer (m/f/d) you will be part of our Global Fragrances Ingredients Management Team consisting of 25 people including 9 perfumers. In this role you will manage the development of replacements, extenders and solutions for critical raw materials as well as the harmonization of raw materials and formula for acquisitions as well as formula reworks.
This requistition is a fulltime position to be located in our global Headquarter in Holzminden, Germany.
- You oversee internal and external customer support for renewability, naturals & synthetics development, QC issues, production issues and complaint management.
- You are the first point of contact for raw material questions related to regulatory, research, shared raw materials, AI, stock optimizations, REACH and many more.
- You manage formula reworks of existing business for legal compliance, stop of raw material productions, portfolio cleanings etc.
- You are part of our team raw materials and fragrance evaluations e.g. new raw materials, triangular tests.
- You are responsible for your dedicated customers where you will be the technical point of contact.
About You
- You are a certified perfumer with 3-5 years of working experience.
- You have broad knowledge about raw materials in the perfumery industry and their pysical and chemical characteristics.
- You are experienced in formulations and interactions in different applications.
- You are conscious about regulatory and the safety of the products.
- You are an experienced project manager skilled in projectmanagement tools.
- You have a stress resistent mindset and are able to work in a constantly changing environment in regards to priorization.
- You are fluent in both written and verbal English and ideally have a good command of another major language such as French.
