Your Role
As Finance Business Partner, Aroma Molecules (m/f/d) you will be part of our Finance Business Partner Team located in Holzminden. In this Position you will be the vital link between the finance organization, marketing, sales and supporting functions such as supply chain and procurement by actively monitoring and steering the operational & financial performance, providing key decision support, and making recommendations to Division's management.
- You deliver insightful analysis for the Aroma Molecules Operations, support business decisions, understand KPIs and provide analysis and explanations for any variances and unforeseen performance trends with corrective action.
- You communicate results and business recommendations in the Team and to the different stakeholders in the Aroma Molecules Organization.
- You support the financial elements derived from the monthly S&OP process with modelling, forward forecasts and action planning.
- You lead the preparation and regional alignment of the annual budget process for the operations part of organization.
- You ensure that core elements of working capital are understood, with clear action plans recommended and aligned with the strategy.
- You provide data and thorough project recommendations to all stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
- You act as key sparring partner to the Division's leadership team, prepare and support in strategic projects and drive decision-making and financial analysis for various meetings.
About You
- You successfully completed your Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting or a related field. Master's degree recommended.
- You have 3 years of relevant experience in controlling and accounting. Knowledge of the aroma or chemical industry and relevant business models is an advantage.
- You have proven financial and analytical skills as well as experience with data analytics in the areas of data mining, analysis and reporting. Knowledge of product costing in a chemical production is an advantage.
- You have advanced knowledge of MS Office, relational databases and financial ERP systems sucht as SAP.
- You have the ability to create different levels in relationships with diverse partners.
- You're focused on results, high level of efficiency and have a sense of urgency.
- You have excellent oral and written English and good German communication skills.
