- Du verwaltest und pflegst die Standortdaten aller Rhenus Standorte weltweit.
- Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Daten im CAFM-System stets aktuell, vollständig und korrekt sind.
- Du arbeitest eng mit internationalen Teams und Stakeholdern zusammen – Kommunikation ist dabei Dein Schlüssel zum Erfolg.
- Du bringst Dich aktiv in unsere Digitalisierungsprojekte im Bereich Data Management ein und gestaltest Prozesse mit.
- Dich erwartet ein modernes, dynamisches Arbeitsumfeld, in dem Deine Ideen willkommen sind und Du wirklich etwas bewegen kannst.
What you bring
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Sachbearbeitung oder Datenverwaltung – idealerweise im CAFM- oder Facility Management Umfeld.
- Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Datenqualität und arbeitest gerne mit IT-Systemen.
- Du sprichst sehr gutes Englisch und fühlst Dich in der internationalen Kommunikation sicher.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und verlierst auch bei vielen Details nie den Überblick.
- Du bist ein echter Teamplayer und bringst Deine Kommunikationsstärke gerne ein.

Recruitment Process

Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
