Summary: Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Business Development Manager – FABCO-Air will support the growth and success of distribution partners and sales channels within their assigned territory. This role involves regular communication with sales channels, active management of regional business activities, and fostering consistent, positive results.
Key Accountabilities:
- In coordination with the Director of Sales, develop a local strategy for sustainable revenue growth amongst the sales channels in that region
- Perform the essential functions to support distributor’s daily business and yearly revenue growth which includes:
- Identification and development of new customers
- Sales calls with key and prospective customers
- Product presentations and demonstrations as needed
- Conducting in person and remote training of distributor staff
- Development of target customer lists and strategies
- Developing relationships with customers and distributor personnel
Experience / Education Preferred:
- BS/BA degree preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and other Microsoft Office products
- Proficiency with virtual meeting platforms such as Skype, Zoom, GoToMeeting, etc.
- 2+ Years of related industrial pneumatic and/or distributor sales experience
- OEM / MRO sales experience desirable
- Mechanical aptitude a plus
The annual base pay range for this role is between $118,000 - $135,000 with 35% Bonus potential.
