Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and self-motivated Part-Time Social Media Coordinator Intern to manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn. This role is ideal for someone with strong video production skills, a sharp eye for engaging content, and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical subject matter experts. The coordinator will be responsible for producing 2–3 high-quality posts per week to enhance our brand visibility and industry leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Planning & Collaboration:
• Work with internal subject matter experts to understand technical content and develop engaging social media narratives.
• Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting aligned with company goals and campaign schedules.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing business social media accounts, especially LinkedIn.
• Proficiency in video recording and editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, ShotCut, or similar).
• Strong communication and writing skills, particularly in simplifying technical concepts for general audiences.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with industrial automation, manufacturing, or STEM/technology topics is a plus.

Work Hours and Compensation:

• Hours: Approximately 10–15 hours per week, flexible schedule.
• Compensation: $20 per hour
• Location: On-site in Schaumburg, IL, as needed to record content and collaborate with subject matter experts; remote or on-site for editing and post creation, depending on candidate’s location and equipment needs.
