Tasks
About the Role
In this role, you will be working with Previse, Partners, and Client resources to ensure the successful delivery of our software to various clients simultaneously across varying sizes of projects from small agile implementations up to and including large multiyear projects and programmes of work.
You will lead and be responsible for Previse project deliverables, working alongside client Project Managers and other various 3rd party suppliers and System Integrators, to ensure successful, on budget, on time, and to a high-quality standard, deliverables for our clients. You will also be expected to work with our internal development teams and Product Managers to ensure core software developments required for successful project deliveries are also achieved on time to meet the client's requirements. This is an exciting and challenging role, working with highly motivated clients and 3rd parties, and you will be expected to build up know-how not only in the software and the Previse offerings, but also in the implementation life cycle, as well as developing your knowledge in the European Power, Gas, LNG, and Emissions trading & operational landscapes.
The successful candidate will have 3 to 10 years of IT implementation experience, with at least 4 years of IT Project Management experience, and an interest in the Energy Trading Industry. Any software development experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading Previse Implementation projects successfully for our clients.
- Sub-Contractor management to ensure successful delivery from our 3rd party suppliers to fulfill Previse client needs.
- Contract and Commercial negotiations with clients.
- Stakeholder engagement and management across both internal and external resources.
- Leading and developing Previse Professional Services consultants.
- Work with internal teams and Subject Matter Experts to analyse complex requirements and solution definition.
Requirements
About You
You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Information Technology or a closely related area.
You will have at least 3 to 10 years of hands-on IT implementations with at least 4 years of IT Project Management experience across both T&M and Fixed Price implementations. You will also have demonstrable experience of sub-contractor management and experience of leading remote teams. You are a team player who works well under pressure and who likes to challenge yourself working with highly experienced and talented individuals. You are communicative and able to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers. You feel comfortable with multiple responsibilities and being exposed to challenging problems and their solution definition.

- You are fluent in English (written and spoken), and ideally are also fluent in German (written and spoken), any other languages are welcome also.
- You are comfortable multi-tasking and prioritising tasks
