The MZG – Klinik Schanzenberg is a modernized specialist clinic for the treatment of addiction disorders and has been offering an expanded therapeutic concept in a contemporary environment at its new location in Horn-Bad Meinberg since June 2025.
The clinic combines many years of experience with a personal, appreciative approach. In a quiet, natural location, we create a protected space for sustainable development – for our rehabilitants as well as for our interdisciplinary team.

Compliance with hygiene regulations

Cleaning the entire kitchen and the associated cold stores according to the existing hygiene plan and documentation according to HACCP specifications
Cleaning dishes with the conveyor dishwasher and manually
Serving cold meat and cheese platters for breakfast and dinner
Portioning salad side dishes, desserts etc. according to the menu plan.
