Your area of ​​responsibility
Designing occupational safety: Planning and implementing measures to improve occupational safety based on legal and company requirements
Consulting & Training: Support for managers and employees as well as conducting training courses and instruction.
Risk assessments: Creation and maintenance in cooperation with the respective department heads.
System maintenance & audits: Participation in the documentation of processes and responsibilities, as well as preparation and support of audits.
Accident prevention: Analysis of workplace and near misses and development of suitable prevention measures
Contact person: Interface for management, executives, company doctors, employees and employers' liability insurance associations
Facility Management: Organization of maintenance, repairs, safety inspections and maintenance of safety data sheets
Project work: Participation in projects on energy efficiency and building technology – e.g. LED lighting, combined heat and power plants or PV systems.

your qualification
Qualifications: Completed vocational training with further education as a master craftsman, technician (m/f/d) or similar, with additional qualification as a specialist for occupational safety (m/f/d)
Experience: Several years of professional experience in occupational safety, ideally in a manufacturing company
Know-how: Knowledge of relevant legal regulations and confident handling of common IT systems
