Wir suchen eine engagierte und ergebnisorientierte Account Executive, um das Team von Wolters Kluwer zu verstärken.
Im Rahmen unserer Wachstumsstrategie bauen wir ein neues Vertriebsteam in Deutschland auf, das sich auf Legisway Meeting konzentriert – eine unserer erfolgreichsten juristischen Softwarelösungen in Frankreich.
Unser Ziel ist es, diesen Erfolg auf dem deutschen Markt zu wiederholen – neue Kunden zu gewinnen, unser Produkt zu etablieren und Legisway Meeting als führende Lösung für Juristen und Unternehmensrechtsabteilungen zu positionieren.

Tätigkeiten

  • Nutzung verschiedener Kanäle wie Kaltakquise, Networking, Social Media und Branchenevents, um potenzielle Kunden im Rechtssektor zu identifizieren und zu gewinnen

  • Pipelineaufbau und -pflege mit qualifizierten Leads

  • Entwicklung einer strategischen Vertriebsplanung zur Ansprache von Anwaltskanzleien, Rechtsabteilungen und anderen wichtigen Akteuren im Rechtswesen.

  • Beobachtung von Trends im Bereich Legal Technology mit dem Ziel, neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu identifizieren und zu erschließen

  • Durchführung effektiver Verkaufsgespräche und Produktdemonstrationen

  • Aufbau und Pflege von langfristigen Kundenbeziehungen

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams mit dem Ziel, einen reibungslosen Onboarding-Prozess und die erfolgreiche Bereitstellung unserer Services für juristische Kunden zu gewährleisten.

  • Verhandlung von Verträgen, Abschluss von Geschäften unter Berücksichtigung bestehender Vorgaben/Richtlinien

Sprachen: Deutsch, Englisch; Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
Standort: Köln area (hybrid)
