Ihre Aufgaben
Vorbereitung und Bearbeitung von Bestellungen sowie eigenständige Durchführung von Beschaffungstransaktionen für die Bereiche Telekommunikation, IT Software und Hardware
Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der operativen Einkaufsprozesse inkl. administrativer Aufgaben
Verhandlungen mit Lieferanten bis zur Auftragsvergabe sowie Steuerung der Einkaufs-/Lieferprozesse
Pflege von Stamm- und Vertragsdaten sowie Preisen und Konditionen in unseren ERP System
Damit begeistern Sie uns
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften / BWL oder vergleichbare Qualifikation bzw. kaufmännischen Ausbildung
Erste Berufserfahrung im Einkauf in den Bereichen IT und / oder Telekommunikation
Erfolgsmerkmale wie z.B. Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Konfliktlösungskompetenz sowie Organisationstalent
Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen, sehr gute Excel- sowie Englisch- und DSGVO Kenntnisse
