As a mentor and experienced expert, you will share your knowledge, conduct code reviews, and thus advance the entire team's expertise.

You will manage challenging projects from conception to go-live, ensuring that our technical solutions are not only creative, but also performant and sustainable.

You will identify which new technologies will truly advance our team and drive their implementation with foresight.

You have at least 5 years of professional experience and are an expert in PHP, HTML, CSS, and at least one front-end framework (such as React or Vue).

You are confident in the world of CMS and shop systems.

You are not only communicative, but also a team player and coach who enjoys taking on responsibility and driving and managing projects independently.

A well-thought-out architecture, the application of contemporary coding standards, and good documentation are second nature to you. Confident use of Git and ticketing systems are part of your toolkit.

You are interested in the latest technologies and passionate about professional development to always stay up to date.

You have German language skills at least at the B2 level.
