Become part of our US - Consulting - Team and support our Ingentis org.manager customers in North and South America. This position is for our Office in Huntsville Alabama.

Our core product Ingentis org.manager is the worldwide market-leading solution for organizational charting and HR data visualization. It is being used by more than 1,800 of the largest organizations worldwide and integrated into leading HCM solutions such as Oracle HCM, SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and many more.

Your key responsibilities
- Manage the full implementation cycle for Ingentis org.manager projects—from initial discovery through to production deployment and post-go-live support
- Configure software environments based on customer requirements and translate complex HR data into meaningful, visual outputs
- Onboard and train customers, empowering them to get the most value from their Ingentis subscription
- Partner with the Sales team during pre-sales to provide live demos and develop tailored proof-of-concept solutions
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers, proactively ensuring satisfaction, adoption, and retention
- Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with our support and development teams as needed
- Stay up-to-date on product enhancements and industry trends to provide best-in-class consulting and advice
Your profile
- 5+ years of experience in software consulting, technical customer support, customer success, or implementation of B2B / enterprise software
- Strong background in or passion for technology, ideally with exposure to HR tech, data visualization, or enterprise cloud applications (e.g. SAP for SuccessFactors, Oracle, Workday, UKG, ADP)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you are a client-facing professional who thrives on creating positive customer outcomes
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ideally in an agile or fast-paced environment
- Experience with project management tools and a structured approach to implementation and delivery
- Willingness to work flexible hours to support customers across multiple time zones in North and South America
- Fluent in English; knowledge of German, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus
Must be U.S.-based and legally authorized to work in the United States (We do not sponsor visas)
