For our client, an international company from the FMCG sector, we are filling the following position:
KNOWLEDGE CONTENT ADMINISTRATION (M/F/D)
YOUR TASKS
- You will manage and publish customer service content, including FAQs, self-service, chatbot, and troubleshooting materials
- You coordinate with other departments and markets to meet deadlines, adjust timelines if needed, and ensure alignment with stakeholders
- You monitor content performance, maintain and update knowledge base articles, and continuously improve content quality
- You ensure all content follows brand guidelines, tone of voice, and best practices in knowledge management.
- Provide article discovery support to markets or regions upon request—validate whether a knowledge article exists and guide stakeholders to the correct resource
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with knowledge management systems (e.g., eGain, ServiceNow, or similar) or willingness to learn
- Ability to ingest and convert content from multiple document formats into structured knowledge articles
- Understanding of structured content principles and digital publishing
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with customer service environments is a plus
- Fluency in English
