Depending on your background and study focus, you will:
- Support the design, analysis, and testing of mechatronic systems and actuators for space applications
- Contribute to simulation, modeling, and system analysis (mechanical, thermal, or electrical)
- Assist in requirements engineering and system architecture definition
- Develop or extend analysis and test tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, Python, or CAD environments)
- Participate in prototype assembly, laboratory testing, and validation
- Prepare and document your results in the context of an internship or thesis project

Qualification Checklist:
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in aerospace, mechatronics, electrical, mechanical, or systems engineering
- You are passionate about space technology and multidisciplinary design
- You enjoy solving complex problems and working in a hands-on, agile environment
- Experience in one or more of the following is a plus: o MATLAB/Simulink, Python, or embedded software
- Good English skills (German is a plus)
o CAD and FEM tools for mechanical or thermal analysis
o Control engineering or electronics design
o Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) or requirements management
- An opportunity to work directly with experienced engineers on real space hardware
- Insight into the complete development cycle, from concept to qualification
- A dynamic start-up environment with flat hierarchies and room for creativity
