You will get to know office procedures and commercial processes, from obtaining quotations to invoicing and payment monitoring. Gain a comprehensive insight into the areas of human resources, purchasing, support, accounting, assistance and secretarial services. During your training, you will already be a competent contact person for customers and learn how to maintain customer and business relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Organize and handle office management tasks and processes
• Processing of internal and external correspondence
• Preparation of seminars and trainings in our company
• Consulting our customers on questions regarding our software IMKE
• Appointment coordination and management
