Für eine Aufgabe im Bereich Project Management Office / Produktionsplanung suchen wir Sie als Projektplaner (m/w/d) – Raumfahrzeugproduktion (AIT) am Standort Friedrichshafen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Durchführung von AIT-Planungsaktivitäten für die Raumfahrzeugproduktion auf Projektebene

• Unterstützung des AIT-Managers und des Projekt-PMO-Teams bei der Erstellung und Pflege detaillierter Produktionspläne

• Proaktive Einholung von Eingaben aller Projektbeteiligten und laufende Pflege des AIT-Plans

• Durchführung von Terminplananalysen und Ableitung geeigneter Empfehlungen (z. B. kritische Pfade, Ressourcennutzung)

• Unterstützung bei der Implementierung neuer integrierter Planungsprozesse in Abstimmung mit lokalen Beteiligten (Master Production Scheduler)

• Aufbau und Pflege von Arbeitsbeziehungen zwischen Funktionen, Projekt und PMO

• Verwaltung multidisziplinärer Aufgabenverknüpfungen, Ressourcenzuweisungen und Projektmeilensteine

• Erstellung von Planungsberichten für Projektleitung, Management und Kunden

• Unterstützung der Entscheidungsfindung auf AIT- und Projektmanagementebene durch Analysen und Planungsszenarien

• Ansprechpartner für AIT-Planungsfragen im Projekt

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen oder Luft- und Raumfahrt (mind. Bachelor)

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in Fertigung/Produktion sowie Produktionsplanung/-steuerung

• Erfahrung in der Raumfahrzeugproduktion im Bereich Verteidigung und Raumfahrt erforderlich

• Kenntnisse in der Verwaltung komplexer multidisziplinärer Produktionspläne

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Project, Erfahrung mit Unified Planning oder Planisware von Vorteil

• Deutsch: verhandlungssicher

• Englisch: verhandlungssicher

• Hohe soziale Kompetenz, Kommunikationsstärke, Erfahrung im Umgang mit Widerstand und Konflikten

For an assignment in the field of Project Management Office / Production Planning , we are looking for a Project Planner (m/f/d) – Spacecraft Production (AIT) at the Friedrichshafen site.

Your tasks

• Execute AIT planning activities for spacecraft production at project level

• Support the AIT Manager and PMO team in creating and maintaining detailed production plans

• Actively gather input from project stakeholders and maintain the AIT plan accordingly

• Perform schedule analyses and provide recommendations (e.g. critical path, resource usage)

• Support the implementation of new integrated planning processes in coordination with local stakeholders (Master Production Scheduler)

• Build and maintain working relationships between functions, projects, and PMO

• Manage multidisciplinary task links, resource allocation and project milestones

• Prepare planning reports for project management, senior management and customers

• Support decision-making at AIT and project management level through schedule analysis and scenario simulations

• Act as point of contact for AIT planning topics in the project

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Aerospace

• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing/production and production planning/control

• Experience in spacecraft production in defence and aerospace required

• Knowledge in managing complex multidisciplinary production schedules

• Strong skills in MS Project, experience with Unified Planning or Planisware advantageous

• German: fluent

• English: fluent

• Strong interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and experience handling resistance and conflict
