My client is a global leader in the manufacturing industry headquartered close to Ingelfingen, Germany. They serve industries such as pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, water treatment and biotechnology.

Operating in over 35 countries with a strong global network of production facilities, sales offices, and service centers, the company employs thousands of professionals.

As part of their continued digital transformation they are now seeking an Inhouse SAP HCM Professional to join their team. In this role, you will support and optimize their SAP HCM landscape, drive process improvements across HR and payroll systems and contribute to the ongoing implementation and integration of SAP SuccessFactors.

 YOUR TASKS:

• Active technical consulting of the department in all process and system-related HR-IT issues

• Technical implementation of the requirements in the system including customizing, SAP development (ABAP), personnel calculation rules and schemes for time management and payroll accounting

• Technical support and further development of the existing SAP HCM and Workday landscape as well as all other HR systems

• Collaboration in national and international projects as well as assumption of (partial) project responsibility

• Degree in (business) informatics or comparable qualification as well as very good English skills

• Very good technical understanding of the SAP HCM architecture and the SAP development environment

• Sound technical experience in dealing with the core functions of SAP HCM (PA, PY, PT, OM) including customizing, personnel calculation rules and schemes for time management and payroll accounting, ABAP knowledge

• High communication skills and customer orientation as well as enjoyment of working in a team

• Salary: Salary range up to 110,000 €
