TechBiz Global GmbH is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join one of our German clients on a hybrid basis in Ingolstadt. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our projects by providing valuable insights and analysis to support decision-making processes.

Aufgaben

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements;
• Utilize your expertise in AzureDevOps and PowerBI to develop and maintain data visualizations and reports;
• Provide support to Product Owners in defining and prioritizing product backlogs;
• Assist in the planning and execution of user acceptance testing;
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement;
• Support the training and onboarding of customers and internal teams;

Qualifikation

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role;
• Strong proficiency in AzureDevOps and PowerBI;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Experience in supporting Product Owners and Agile methodologies;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Fluent German is must to have;
