• Organizational interface between the international holding and the local country organizations regarding store format concepts and standards
• Ensuring effective and timely information flow, including data provision and derivation of action steps in alignment with the countries
• Maintenance and updating of the Store Formats Scorecard for the determination of the most suitable format for each location
• Close collaboration with the Store Concepts & Creation department for alignment and efficient implementation of format concepts

Your Tasks

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration
• Experienced in Data analysis and reporting
• Knowledge of retail store formats and concepts is a big plus
• Communication skills in English (written and verbal), German is a plus
• Analytical thinking and solution orientation
• Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools
• Intercultural competence and sensitivity

About Us

The department "Store & Business Formats” within MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group is responsible for the development as well as implementation of new store formats. This starts from setting the strategy for our four different store formats based on customer motivation, via steering the implementation of new formats in the countries till the development of new business models like commission or franchise.
