We are looking for YOU as Launch Manager / APU Manager (m/f/d).

The position is situated in our new plant in Ingolstadt, Germany . After successful launch of the Project, the candidate can become the APU Manager.

These challenges await you:

• You take charge of defining the project scope and setting budget targets.

• You select and validate the panel of standard suppliers.

• You plan project timelines and ensure key milestones are met.

• You establish building standard specifications and make sure all related documentation is complete.

• You lead project execution in close cooperation with local teams.

• You monitor costs and identify opportunities for savings throughout the project.

• You coordinate the necessary resources and support to achieve the set objectives.

• You oversee the set-up, physical transfer, ramp-up, and production launch, staying involved until two months after the first customer deliveries.

• You assess what is needed to reach project goals, both in terms of people and support.

• You ensure clear reporting and continuous feedback throughout the project lifecycle.

You inspire us with that:

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field.

• You bring at least 5 years of experience in process, methods, or manufacturing engineering.

• You communicate fluently in both German and English.

• You have already worked in an international environment – that’s a plus.

• You bring first experience in project management and are eager to grow in this area.
