Ihre Aufgaben

  • Design, implement and evaluate algorithms for medical image analysis and computer vision, incorporating recent advancements in the field
  • Elaborate on innovative techniques for advanced anatomy visualization
  • Analyse and interpret multi-modal medical imaging data and surgical workflows
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of in-house research software prototypes
  • Stay updated to the state-of-the-art knowledge in relevant domains; generate and maintain technical documentation and scientific reports

Ihr Profil

  • Master's degree or higher degree (University, FH) in Computer Science, Medical Physics, or a related field, with a strong focus on Computer Vision and Computational Imaging
  • Prior experience in computational anatomy, multimodal imaging, generative models, and synthetic data is highly desired
  • Proficient in C++ and Python; familiarity with DICOM, VTK and ITK is a plus
  • Proactive and analytical, with a collaborative mindset and a strong willingness to engage deeply with anatomical research
  • Fluency in spoken and written English; German language skills are an advantage
