Extent of employment:
Your tasks:
- Strategic planning, organisation and further development of the University Sports Institute
- Budget planning and controlling Personnel planning and staff management based on the objectives agreed with the Rectorate
- Designing the course and competition programme
- Maintenance of the sports facilities, their structural development and ensuring that they are properly equipped
- Agreeing and coordinating the usage requirements of the institutions located on Campus Sport (Institute of Sports Science, Olympic Centre, Federal Sports Academy, clubs and associations)
Your profile:
- Completed university degree in sports science or teaching degree in the subject of exercise and sport (Master's level)
- Sound business and technical knowledge of managing a sports organisation
- Additional qualification at a federal sports academy (BSPA) or comparable institution
- Teaching experience at a university sports institute or institute for sports science
- Knowledge of organisational structures in the field of elite sport
- Several years of experience in managing staff (staff span > 10 people)
- Several years of professional experience in the field of sports management and in the organisation of sports events desirable
- Commitment, ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Independent, structured and honest way of working
- Professional and confident demeanour
- Networked thinking
- Business fluent in German and English

For this position in job group IVb, a minimum gross salary of € 3.776 per month (14 times)
