Life as a Social Media Manager & Content Creator

You’re someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, knows how to turn everyday moments into scroll-stopping stories, and isn’t afraid to step in front of the camera to connect with audiences authentically. Based in Innsbruck, you’ll craft content that captures the pulse of the center, its community, and the industry shaping it.

Requirements and Responsibilities

• Create Authentic Content: Produce, film, edit, and finalize social-first assets, bringing the shopping center’s atmosphere to life through compelling visual storytelling.
• Show Up On-Camera: Confidently record yourself, host short segments, and speak directly to the audience to build connection and trust.
• Manage Projects Seamlessly: Organize content pipelines, coordinate with partners, and maintain clear client communication throughout all stages.
• Stay Culturally Tuned-In: Track what’s happening in retail, lifestyle, and social culture to keep content relevant and resonant.
• Lead with Trend Awareness: Spot emerging social media formats and platform shifts early, adapting concepts quickly to stay ahead.
• Cover Events Live: Capture weekend happenings on-site, delivering real-time coverage and post-event content that energizes the community.
• Work Flexibly & Efficiently: Operate on a 30-hour schedule with a workflow that merges creative intuition and structured planning to keep everything running smoothly.

At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 40,000. That’s our baseline for candidates who meet the key requirements. If you bring more to the table — deeper experience, sharper skills — we’re ready to reflect that in your offer. Our internal compensation framework is designed to keep things fair, structured, and clear.
